USU Eastern Tuition
Lower division courses taught or originating from USU Eastern Price or Blanding Campuses adhere to the USU Eastern Tuition and Fee Schedule. You can take advantage of USU Eastern's low tuition rates to get a jump start on you higher education, complete a Certificate or Associate's Degree program, or just develop personal knowledge and skills.
* Rates are per semester.
** Workforce Education tuition and fees vary by the course taken - the schedule of those tuition and fees is available at the Workforce Education centers.
USU Regional Campus Tuition
Upper division courses taught at or originating from USU Eastern follow the Utah State University Regional Campus Tuition and Fees Schedule. Bachelor's, Master's and even Doctorate degrees can be completed on a USU Eastern campus. These options give you the opportunity to earn a university degree wherever you are.
* In addition to these regular tuition and fees, there will also be differential tuition for certain courses.
** Students who live out-of-state are charged special tuition only rates for online courses.
Online payments may be made using the TouchNet System.
Students may pay their tuition and fees with a credit/debit card. USU Eastern currently accepts, Visa MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 2.75% convenience fee will be assessed for payment by credit/debit card. In addition, credit/debit card interest fees may apply for unpaid balances to the credit/debit card company.
Credit/Debit Card payments can only be made online.
Payment made be made in person at the Cashier's window on the 2nd floor of the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center (JLSC).
Cash and money orders are accepted for tuition payments, transcripts, and other fees and payments due. Money orders must be made out to Utah State University, and must include the student A-number.
Personal checks are accepted for tuition payments, transcripts, and other payments as required.
Payment plans allow students to defer a portion of their tuition into four monthly installments. There are two payment options to choose from so be sure to select the appropriate one. Other payment plans are also available.
Since deferred payments are loans, students will be considered to be in default if their deferred payments are not received by the due dates.
Students have to sign up for a payment plan online.
More Payment Information
Financial HoldsIn most cases, financial holds may be paid in cash or by check at the Cashier's window on the 2nd floor of the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center (JLSC), or cleared online through TouchNet.
RefundsSurplus funds are not released directly to the student as cash. A credit on the student's account may be refunded through check to the student by the college via direct deposit or most current mailing address on file.
Returned ChecksIf your check is returned by your bank for any reason, the college will refer your account to Credit Service of Logan for collection of the check. A $20 fee is charged for each returned check if paid within 15 days. A second $20 late fee is charged if paid after 16 days but before 30 days. Damages are charged after 30 days. You must work directly with Credit Service of Logan to avoid any additional fees. You may contact Credit Service of Logan at (435) 752-2660. A hold is placed on your transcript until the check and the fees have been paid.
