Biology is the science of life. Classes explore topics relating to life by studying molecules, genetics, evolution and our natural world.
Understanding biology is essential to life. I hope my students will enjoy topics in biology as they learn how biology effects them in life. I want students to be life learners and hope the skill they learn in my courses prepare them for living. Understanding disease, nutrition and reproduction will be with them throughout their lives.
Many of my students are interested in Heath careers or the nursing program. Anatomy, Physiology and Microbiology play an important role in living systems. We begin to explore these topics in my classes.
