Metamorphosis: Tools for Transformation to Avoid Burnout

Stress is something everyone deals with and it can affect our body and mind in several different ways; left unchecked it can cause a host of health problems. This session will cover what stress is: what it looks like in the body, how it affects our minds, and what to do about it. Bethany will discuss several areas where small steps can be taken to make big changes in a stressful life. We will learn to improve our body's reaction to a stress filled environment, promoting healthier sleep, movement, and mindfulness all with fun demonstrations and practical applications for everyday living.
