  • Gratefulness
    Gratefulness sends you a daily text asking what you're grateful for. After you sign up, they text you once or twice everyday (depending on your settings). Each text you reply with is stored as a private entry. You can also log in to your account and add entries there as well. At the end of the week, they send you a recap of your recent entries!
  • Self-Compassion Guided Meditations and Exercises
