Welcome to USU Eastern!

The New Student Orientation process contains five modules. To deliver the correct information at exactly the right time, Module One opens Friday, March 10 and Module Five will be completed during your first semester at USU Eastern. Modules Two, Three, and Four will help you register for classes, prep you for college, and give you the tools needed before you arrive on campus.

If you experience problems, please let us know by emailing

Module 1: Pre-Registration | Opens March 10
Module 2: Registration | Opens April 10**
Module 3: Orientation | Opens June 1

Module 4: Pre-Semester
Module 5: First-Semester

**Module two will tell you everything you need to know and do prior to registration (you will have a registration hold until you complete module two). Once you have completed Module 2 the orientation hold will be lifted and you will need complete a SOAR session.

If you are still unsure if you are attending USU Eastern, we recommend that you begin orientation, and register for classes as if you are attending. It is very easy to drop classes before the semester begins. (Module one explains how to do it.)

Incoming first-year students can register for fall classes starting April 19 (April 5 for students starting summer semester).

You can also wait to begin the modules until the commitment deadline of May 10, although class selection will be smaller at that time.
